At Laishley, we treasure the craft of building, and are keen to preserve its finest moments. Restoration is not only a specialty but also a passion. There’s nothing like being able to renew a piece of history and return a building to its former glory, for future generations to cherish.

Our specialist teams include knowledgeable, efficient managers and highly skilled craftsman adept at regeneration and historical building techniques. From clock-faces to opera houses, every project is treated with care and a proud attention to detail.

A particularly rewarding project was the restoration of several Masonic Halls. Oak staircases and retaining structures had to be excavated ten metres below ground. The project produced some amazing workmanship – from the marble floors to a vaulted parabolic ceiling.
