Another specialty area, refurbishment, also provides a new lease on life for many an exhausted, outdated structure. Whether it be an interior overhaul, a few choice modifications, or a complete change of use, we work closely with our clients, architects and designers to achieve results beyond expectation.

Our refurbishments , can enhance working environments and even raise the company profile, from a world-class foyer to the addition of swimming and leisure facilities.

As much of this work needs to be completed whilst the building remains in use, we are sensitive to the needs of clients and residents, and vigilant in regards to tidiness , fire safety and noise control.

Projects include full refurbishments of Whitbread Breweries’ public houses and many retail stores, as well as stately homes designed by the Baroque architect Lutyens, and even a former re-decoration to 10 Downing Street.
