Community Building landmarks that are an integral part of community life, Laishley has constructed numerous public, state-owned buildings as well as privately-owned properties founded for public use, such as conference centres and other facilities. Public contracts include collaborations with the National Housing Association to provide quality, low cost housing; a long-term maintenance contract with Southampton City Council for public housing refurbishments and maintenance services; and upgrading Coast Guard stations from Southampton to Dover – refurbishing twelve and building three more. Other community facilities we’ve built include an intricate Sikh temple in Southampton St Mary’s and three Conservative Clubs, as well as British Red Cross centres across the south, Southampton law courts, libraries in Brighton and Romsey, and the Forestry Commission tourist centres.Laishley builds community.
